World Sleep Day: Free meditation to help you Sleep Better

With 1 in 3 in the UK suffering with insomnia, and half of the Western World chronically sleep deprived, we are sleeping less than our grandparents, and more likely to develop chronic health conditions as a result.

Sleep is the foundation on which good health is built. It regulates immunity, memory, metabolism and mood. It is an essential biological process. But we very rarely give it the attention it deserves. We skimp on it, we say things like, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.”

That may come round sooner than you think if you continue sleeping for less than 7 hours a night !
